Jürgen Zauner was born in Austria 1975. He received his scientific
Master degree in 2000. He was a research scientist at the Department
SFB013 of the Johannes Kepler University of Linz from 2000-2001, working
primarily on visualization of hierachical volumetric grids generated
by a finite element tool called FEPP. From 2001-2002 he joined the company
Infoniqa, as a developer involved in the development of an JAVA based
application server. Since 2002 he helds the position of a research scientist
at the Department of Mediatechnologies and -design at the Upper Austria
University of Applied Sciences, working in the field of authoring, mixed
reality, computer graphics, component based development , content management,
media asset management and media asset distribution.
Currently he is focusing on media asset management and distribution
applications.
